What if I am not at home to accept my delivery?
– On the morning of delivery you will receive an email from our courier with an hour time slot so you know when you expect it to arrive
– If you are not home to take delivery of your order, it will be taken to your local UPS Click & Collect point. You can pick it up at a convenient time for you

Orders can be safely collected from our Leicester store – 4 Galby Street, Leicester, LE5 OED. We are open 7 days a week Monday to Sunday from 9am til 8pm.

Europe deliveries usually takes 3 -7 business days from the date of dispatch, due to COVID-19 lockdown please allow additional time for deliveries.
